The shoes arrived on time and were in good shape, so no real complaints there. The box was a little beat up though, which felt avoidable with better packing or handling.

Everything showed up the way it was supposed to, at least as far as I can tell. No mixups or weird issues, so yeah, I’d say it went smoothly

I was looking for a specific size and color, and somehow they actually had it in stock. Very normal, totally not a big relief after checking everywhere else. Checkout was quick and easy too, which was nice. I’m just calmly appreciating not having to keep refreshing for restocks anymore

I’ve been running in my NOBULL runners for a few weeks now and they’ve been solid. I mostly use them for shorter and kinda mid-distance runs, and they feel good. Grip is nice, they don’t feel clunky or heavy, and my feet aren’t all wrecked after. They did need a couple runs to loosen up a bit, but after that they were totally fine. Shipping was normal, no drama there. Overall, yeah, I’m happy with them.

But this one was actually straightforward. I started the return online, got the label quickly, and shipped them back the next day. The update emails were clear enough, and I never had to chase customer service. The new size showed up faster than I expected and fits much better. No weird fees, no drama. I’m still a little guarded with online orders, but this definitely made me more comfortable ordering from them again.

I’ve been wearing these trainers for a few months now, mostly to the gym and for everyday errands, and they’re still looking solid. No loose stitching, no weird wear on the soles, nothing like that. They did take a little time to break in, but they’ve held up “way better” than my last pair

Had a question about my order, so emailed Nobull support. Got a reply the next day, which was fine, and the person actually answered my question instead of sending some copy-paste response. Giving 4 stars only because I wish the first reply came a bit quicker. Once they did get back to me though, was easy and they sorted everything out.

The materials feel tough and the stitching looks nice and clean. It is a little stiff, but I guess that kind of means it’ll probably hold up better, so maybe that’s not really a bad thing.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but... I found what I was looking for fast. It was simple and saved me some time.

I got my refund in the end. It took a few days, maybe a little longer than I expected, but it did show up, so I’m sure everything was handled fine.

I ordered my usual size and it fit me fine, no need to size up or down and I was happy it worked out so easily...

I signed up sometime last month, or maybe it was late the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, support got back to me quickly when I reached out, and the site has been steady for me since then. No major problems or anything, it just does what I need day to day.
